Great schools !!!

My daughter only attended CHS for one year but I was extremely impressed with the staff, the front office and all other staff I encountered. All were so helpful, attentive and seemed very engaged in ensuring each student's success. I am saddened that she won't be attending her last year at CHS but also thankful she experienced it at least one year.

Before you read any further, please note that the teachers and curriculums here for the most part are actually excelllent, as well as sanitation. The staff and teachers really try their hardest to make sure you’re set for a good life. The fact that all classes are 90 minutes may be a turn off, but can be managed if you know close people in your classes. All of that it top notch in honesty, but the people here? Absolute garbage. The students here are what brings this school down to the lowest score. Do NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT listen to any of the reviews here. They are all by rich, pure white and privalleged students who got the better end of the deal. Coming from an average student, I can easily say this school is divided from the wealthy to the poor. It is a very racially charged and discriminatory, toxic environment filled with prejudice and two dimensional males and females that match every cliche of the “Fashion glamour girl!” or “rootin’ and tootin’ tough boys!”. It is disgraceful. Many students go out of their way to harass teachers and piss them off. There was an incident where one teacher was so peeved that she got fired, making her unable to continue her job and lose her lifestyle. The teachers are punished for reacting like normal human beings, and the students get no harm, mainly because many of these students are rich enough and their parents have close connections to the district. This school is god awful, and will without a doubt be one of the worst high school experiences you will ever encounter. It is filled with racially charged and easily offended rich snobby students, and hypocritical and biased beliefs, where garbage like sports is put on a higher priority than art or technology, and the harassment and dismanagment of a slum. There isn’t even any security or background check, so dont be surprised if you find out someone was carrying a knife around in broad daylight in the school, which has happened before, or another dangerous weapon.

Freshman year was really good considering how stressful it can be for new students just starting high school. The staff of administrators and teachers are friendly but they do not tolerate behavior that will negatively impact the overall mission of the school. I am very happy with the school overall =) Thank you Clover School District!
