Worst ever. Carriers refuse to come down driveway, make up lies about animals or weather or signatures. Local office has long lines and forget calling. Wait times 1 hour plus all day, They refuse to answer the phone. Filed complaints on my carrier to no avail, they probably throw then in the trash as soon as you leave. Avoid. Use ups or fed ex...carrier pigeon would be better.
This is actually one of the nicest post offices, the staff is friendly and work efficiently. I never have to wait long and they are very knowledgeable on their product. I make the drive from Lake Wylie, because the Clover P.O. is a far superior experience.
This is the worse post office ever! The carrier cannot understand that you are to deliver a package to the address. They look at the name and just put it in the mail box that has that same last name. Completely different address. Then doesn't understand why you get so angry with them. Incompetent! and is probably getting paid better than someone who can read addresses!
This post office is worthless. I have moved multiple times and every time moving to where Clover post office is the main one i have to use I never get my forwarded mail. After asking my in laws who have been here since the 70's it is a regular thing and even my in laws have not had mail delivered and innumberable amounts of mail lost by having this post office as the main hub because of where we live in Clover. And it has taken 3 weeks to have mail going from clover to another clover address.
This is unacceptable. How does this happen?? There needs to be something done about making sure mail is forwarded and not lost on all accounts!!! Make the necessary changes.
The mail carrier refuses to deliver any mail, slapped my dog last time she entered my property. And has a horried unproffesional attitude about her!
