So I called back to get the managers name and asked if they could look for notes or some sort of audit trail to the calls and they said that they saw when I had called to set the appointment but had it for the wrong March 17th. I was not notified on this day of an appointment. The person on the phone said they were sorry and it must have been a communications error between their after hours call center and them. It was like pulling teeth (intended) to get them to even check if they had something for today March 31st to salvage any kind of trust in this business. Definitely do not recommend this practice.
Unhelpful reception. Had so many problems with scheduling. They told me I came at wrong time - I did not - physically could not have made appointment for the time they stated I did. Happened not once but 2 times!! They were not helpful at all and would not admit their mistake. Then they failed to return my license & insurance card. They get 2 stars because the dentists were great with my kids.
Lindsey cleaned my teeth and the office is prestine- great office!
The whole atmosphere of the office just helped make you relax and actually enjoy a trip to the dentist.
Great beginnings make great endings. I called to get an appointment the receptionist was knowledgeable and very helpful. I was informed of the options and that I could either fill out my information before via a download on the web or at the office before the visit. I was reminded via text of my appointment a few days before which was great. The visit was awesome my hygienist was thorough with her examination and the cleaning. The dentist Dr. Carlisle was easy going and knowledgeable.
Will not come back here. Had a root canal done back in May & it hadn't been done properly. My tooth since then is in bad shape again and has to be redone!
I made an appointment in January for March 31st and the day of the appointment was on my calendar but not on theirs. They did not try to help me out by fitting me in. Their response was, do you remember who you talked to? ... Um, no. They said that they could see me on April 3rd but that would mean that I have to take another day off of work for their screw up. Just seeing how they run their front office, I do not recommend Dental Care of Lake Wylie.
