Highway robbery on highway 49!! I do not understand why there is even one good review on this place. Upsell and recommends work that does not need to be done. This is confirmed by other mechanics. I was guilty of paying work that did not need to be done. It appeared to me that this Goodyear store is the same as most national auto service stores. Which is to attempt to squeeze as much as you can out of a customer, needed or not. A dollar figure is placed on every customer that walks in.
It's a toss just depends on what you are going for. Tires and oil change great. Major work way to pricey and it felt like they really didn't want to do the work.
I've been coming to this location for several years and finally wrote a review. These guys have always been honest with me on the cars, and have given consistently good service. I'm picky on alignment but they've done it right here, the three year alignment is a good deal.
This store is the worst! They got me for at least $3,000.00 before waking up and confirming past repairs.
Had a coupon for a free tire rotation. Tires on front of car were more well worn than the back (it's front wheel drive etc). Asked them to rotate the tires in an x pattern (back left to front right etc). This would put the best rubber upfront for braking, traction in rain etc. I return and front tires are miraculously still more well worn and rear tires have noticeably more tread. Counter man, technician and manager all swear the tires were rotated. They either defy the laws of physics at this particular location or are lying. In either case, I will never go back. I earned the coupon through prior business. They will get no more of my business. I'd rather do it myself.
Would not recommend this place to anyone. They damaged front bumper of one my cars attempting an alignment , and won't claim responsibility . In-experienced with bottom of the barrel motivation techs and customer service. I will take my business across the street to NTB.
